The Cottages will offer two bedrooms, one beautiful handicapped accessible bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances (beautiful stone counters with plenty of cabinets).

In addition, there is a single oversized one car garage with a garage door opener for each cottage. The front porch of every cottage is decorated with two chairs and a table for your enjoyment.

Each cottage will have side walks connecting them to the water feature. There is a walking trail that semi-circles the property offering you the opportunity to get some exercise at your convenience.

Included in your lease in a one-meal option in the main dining room inside the assisted living community. You can decide if you want to use the included meal on breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also included, is light weekly housekeeping. This would consist of cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen counters and sink along with sweeping and mopping.

So, you get up one morning and you have a light out in the living room. What now? You just call the Front Desk and they will put it on the Maintenance Director's list. Maintenance is provided and is on-site every Monday – Friday, as well as on call on weekends.

All cottage residents are welcome to attend the exercise classes that are offered in the main community. You are also invited to all the activities and parties.
